~Hawaii - Day 2~

Since we were in bed by 6:00 the night before, we were wide eyed and bushy tailed at 4:00 in the morning. So we got up and went for a walk on the beach. It was so quiet and peaceful. After breakfast, we went back and walked the entire beach, from one end of Waikiki to the other.

The trees in Hawaii are so cool looking. We thought this would be a great climbing tree for Hunter :) But did you notice the homeless man sleeping under it? We were climbing all over the tree and laughing, the entire time not noticing that there was a man under the tree trying to sleep :)
Later that morning we headed out to go kayaking over in Kailua Bay. It was hard work to kayak out to the Moku'ula Islands. Once at the secluded islands we snorkled and hiked up to a secret tide pool.

Me in the secret tide pool. A long time ago the queen would come out here to bathe.

On the way back to land, we saw this sea turtle.

Later that night Dave took me to see Twilight's Eclipse. I loved it!!! The theater we saw it in was pretty cool too. It was huge. It had a lower section and an upper section, and someone took you to your seats.
We also went and ate dinner at Roy's. There we had the most awesome chocolate souffle. Yummy!!!!
