~Happy 4th of July~

We had a fun packed 4th of July this year. It started with the Cherry Days parade, which the kids have been looking forward to since school got out. They LOVE riding in the kids parade and then running for candy in the big parade :) This year in the kids parade it was Mckell who pulled Lexi in the wagon. Normally driving the little 4 wheeler has been Hunters job, but this year we gave it to Mckell. She was so proud of her driving abilities, even though she did get in a little collision when she turned in toward our spot, hahaha. Luckily no one was hurt.
One of Dave's friends, Ryan, brought his kids up to join us in the parade. Mckell and Lexi had so much fun playing with Markessa and Grady.
Hunter was to our spot way before the others, he said there was no way he was going to go that slow :) Ryan had brought a big bag of candy for the kids to throw, they really liked that :)

After the parade, we headed up to Cherry Days. The kids had so much fun playing on the big blow up toys.

Lexi was the first to the top :) She loved the slide and did not want to get off. Hunter loved playing this basketball game. I played against him once and he got wet :) Then he played against Grandpa Wangsgard and won Grandpa.

The highlight of Cherry Days was the Minute to Win It Game. The first time the kids played they had to stack pop cans 1 can plate, 2 cans plate, 3 cans plate and so forth up to 5 cans. Hunter won this game :)

The 2nd game they played was they had to use a flipper on their foot to flip up a tortilla and catch it on a plate on their head. This was funny to watch.
After Cherry Days we headed up to Grandma and Grandpa Ropelato's to swim. Hunter loved having uncle Marc there to play with. All the girls aren't as much fun, lol.

Then later that evening we did fireworks. It was a fun filled day, and boy are we all exhausted!
