This year, we had to do things a little different with our immediate Ropelato family Christmas. Normally we all get together on Christmas day and exchange gifts, but this year Jerry and Darinda will be spending Christmas down at their new house in St George, so we got together this past Sunday to have dinner and exchange gifts. My kids were soooo excited to finally be able to start opening some presents :)
Lexi's new pose???? Who knows where she got it from :)
All throughout dinner, Hunter kept asking when we were going to open presents. Finally when grandma said lets all go into the family room to open gifts, Hunter was all too excited to run in and start opening presents. I guess the adults were talking to long, because when we came into the room, Hunter already had his gift opened. I couldn't believe it. He said that Sarah (who is 3) had said everyone could start opening. So both Hunter and Lexi already had their gifts opened :( I guess I'm a mean mom (maybe it's the pregnancy), cause I then took the gifts away and made them both wait until everyone else had opened their gifts, before they could have their gifts back.
The kids loved what they got. Hunter got night vision goggles, Mckell got 2 strawberry shortcake dolls, and lexi got 2 cute little dolls with long hair. It's always fun to get together with family and let the cousins play.
