The flight was forever long. We watched 3 entire movies on the way to Hawaii; Date Night, The Book of Eli, and The Bounty Hunter. By the time we got to Hawaii we were exhausted. We stopped and picked up our rental car, a red Jeep Wrangler, and then headed for the hotel.
We lucked out because my parents have a condo right on Waikiki beach that we stayed in. It was nice being so close to the beach. We had an awesome view, and we were right in the hubbub of everything.
By the time we got all settled in it was about 6:00 Hawaii time (which is 10:00 Utah time). We were exhausted and went to bed, yes it was still light outside.
